Magazine Layout

I was excited about this project as I wanted to incorporate two things I was truly passionate about, my sorority and Israel. Fortunately, I took a picture of myself "throwing it up" (making my sororities letters with my fingers) after hiking up Masada (the site of the Yom Kippur War) at sunrise. In that image you can see what it looked like from the top of the mountain and the beautiful sunrise and terrain bellow. Upon traveling to Israel, I was able to meet sorority sisters from across America in a place that means so much to me, on a free trip to Israel. Birthright gives every Jewish teenager the ability to travel to Israel for 10 days for free. This trip is intended to spark interest in the minds of college students to go to Israel and fall in love and support the place their ancestors dreamed of going to.
My sorority upholds the morals of many of the standards I hold myself to.  I am passionate about finding other women who share these morals and understand the process of going through recruitment. Being able to encompass both of these, using programs that I now understand to complete this project was really cool.
I now have a better understanding of the programs used in class and cannot wait to use them in my career in the future.
